We offer a wide range of properties. Each villa or apartment is personally inspected and must satisfy our criteria of quality: location, facilities and value. All of the properties are individually owned and whilst they vary in style, comfort and price, they all offer value for money.

We act for clients wishing to rent their property both for holiday and long-term lets. This is a personalised service and we are happy to meet and discuss options.
Our Commitment to you
We are unlike traditional tour operators, we are a purely online specialist holiday provider, contracting directly with owners and suppliers in our resorts and therefore we don’t have many of the costs associated such as brochures, large call centres and high street travel agencies, we can keep our costs down and pass on the savings to our clients. As an independent accommodation specialist we are not tied to a particular airline or car hire company, which gives you the flexibility to create your own holiday.
Assistance in Resort
We understand the needs of our guests and we intend to respect your privacy. Rest assured, you will not be herded into coaches, asked to attend welcome meetings or be required to fill in long questionnaires whilst you are on holiday. However, should you require assistance, someone will be close at hand. In most areas we have resort representatives who are on call seven days a week. Where no resort representatives are available, we will supply you with a contact telephone number or address of your house manager.

Q. How do we check if the villa is available?
A. Select the Availability and Pricing tab on your chosen villa, and this will take you to a colour coded availability calendar. Hover the mouse over your chosen dates, and you can obtain a daily or weekly price breakdown.
Q. What is the minimum length of rental?
A. Normally this is 7 nights for villas and apartments, but many of our owners are happy to rent there properties for one night to several months. For more information please call our sales staff on 0845 408 1704.
Q. Can we hold a villa whilst we check flight availability?
A. Yes, normally for 24 hours.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. 25% deposit on booking, balance paid in full 10 weeks prior to travel.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Major credit cards, bank transfers and cheques. Please note there is a surcharge of 2% with credit card payments.
Q. What does the price include?
A. The price is for the villa rental on a nightly and weekly basis. Flights and car hire are not included.
Q. What services are included?
A. Linen, house towels, maid service, pool, garden maintenance and utilities are all included.
Q. What is not included?
A. This is Indicated on the villa description. Additional services such as air conditioning, winter heating, pool heating, beach/pool towels, extra maid service, laundry of clothes etc. are not included.
Q. Is there anything else to pay?
A. Yes. We also require a £6.00 non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver payable per person. If there are any breakages, the cost of replacement will be paid to the owner from this waiver. This covers accidental damage up to 100.00 Sterling. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q. Can you arrange for extra beds for additional party members?
A. We can arrange foldaway beds for children extra cost payable (price on application).
Q. How do I calculate the price?
A. The price can be calculated on a daily or weekly basis, please see the Availability and Pricing tab on your chosen villas brochure page.
Q. What is the changeover day?
A. Normally changeover day is the specified day that customers change over and the villas or apartments are cleaned. Some changeover days are flexible. For more information on changeover days please contact our sales department on 0845 408 1704.
