Cute, but painful - I own a few pairs of Earth shoes and wanted to try one of their vegan ones… and so bought Inhale in black. It's really cute! The sole is also very comfortable - very soft to walk on and of course, the negative heel technology is awesome. I wore them a few times around the house before deciding to keep them and found them quite comfortable. HOWEVER (and hence the title of the review), I then wore them for a short walk outdoors with my dog - man, if you do anything more than mincing around the house in these shoes, they tear up your heels! And I had socks on, too! I am really hoping that as they break in, the way that the heel rubs will lessen because otherwise I really like this shoe. Very comfortable shoe. Didn't even have to break them in. Love the design of this shoe. They are very light, it's almost like wearing a sock with soles. Not a great deal of cushioning though. Best part was the service I got. Zappos upgraded my delivery from standard to priority at no extra charge. Thanks Zappos. Comfortable and stimulating! Never thought such a simple shoe would make me feel so good when I put them on! They feel good, as well as stimulate the bottom of your feet as you walk in them. I have these in red and black. Wish they made a cream or white color. I love the Mary Jane style! Comfortable working shoe - I am a flight attendant and this makes an excellent in-flight shoe--I put in a little extra padding with an insole--but the great thing about these shoes is that I can throw them in the wash (not the dryer) let them air dry and I'm good for another week!!!
