Your Wedding A suggested timetable for the evening: Your wedding breakfast will usually finish around 6.30 pm; at this point, the venue staff will want to prepare the function room for your evening event. * 6.45pm Set-up time for band (this usually takes 1/2 hour or less) * 7.30pm Evening guests arrive, background music playing on our disco * 8.15pm First dance and Dean Solomon Band 1st Set * 9.00pm Buffet served, light pop music on our disco * 10.00pm Dean Solomon Band 2nd Set * 10.45pm Our Disco * 11.15pm Dean Solomon Band 3rd Set * 12.00pm Finish Needless to say, these timings are completely flexible and can be altered to accommodate your requirements (either in advance or on the night), thereby ensuring your evening runs smoothly, with continuous music from 7.30pm to midnight.
