Most of apartments are located in the city center, in the proximity to sights of Kiev, shops, main street Kreshchatik, all possible bars, restaurants, caffees. Some of apartments are located near metro station Nivki and Expo Plaza or exhibition center in Brovarskiy Ave. (Levoberezhna metro station) - What is included into rent rate? All apartments are fully equipped for comfortable stay. They contain all all necessary devices such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, toailet paper, hair-drier, kitchen utensils, iron etc. Cold/hot water, gas, electricity, heating, local telephone, cleaning every 4th day is included into daily price. Daily price does not include internet usage. For this service addidional charge is taken, which depends on each definite apartment and charges fixed by the owner. - What is the paid time? Pai time is from 14.00 (2 pm) till 12.00 (12 am) of the next day. Despite of check in time you need to leave apartment at 12.00 as apartment should be cleaned and prepeared for next check in. - I arrive in the morning, what must i do? We can offer you 2 ways of solving this question: - you can book apartment - How do I check in? Check in at apartment from 14.00-21.00 You check apartment, sign the documents, pay the balance and get the key. After 21.00 check in is possible with transfer service (railway station - 20$, aiport Boryspol - 35$) Late check in is possible in apartment, it is charged - 15$ to the manager/ driver who will check you in. - How much people can live in apartment? You pay per unit, not per person, that is why in apartment can live so many people as there are sleeping places. - Is it necessary to make prepayment to book apartment? Definite apartment is considered to be reserved only after receiving prepayment for 1-2 nights (depending on term of reservation) - What if I have no possibility to make prepayment? Do not worry, we will find you apartment on the day of your arrival. You need only to call us. Check in without reservation may be more economic as discounts are possible (in case there are no great holidays or exhibitions). - My plans changed and I will not arrive. Will prepayment be refunded? Unfortunately prepayment for 1-2 nights (depending on the term of reservation) is non refundable. If you reserved apartment for New Year holidays or period of May holidays - full prepayment will not be refunded. If you made prepayment for transfer and inform us that you will not arrive beforehand, we will credit this payment for transfer for you next visit. - What if I did not like apartment upon arrival? We can change apartment for a similar one (in case there is a free apartment of the same kind) but only on the next day. - What can I do if after making prepayment I liked another apartment? After prepayment is received and confirmation sent apartment is considered to be booked for you for a definite period. Prepayment is given to the landlord, apartment is not offered to any one else but is being kept for you. Due to this prepayment can not be refunded or transferred to other apartment. You can only cancel this reservation losing deposit and make a new one. - Is living with animals possible? Living with animals is forbidden to avoid spoil of furniture and other apartment facilities. - Do you have discount program? Yes, we have discounts for return customers.
